Return Policy

1)   We take returns only on products that are not custom or personalized. We will work with you as much as is needed to ensure we know exactly what you are expecting to receive. 

2)  All returns must be pre-authorized within 45 days of delivery.  Returned items received after the 45 days will incur a 15% restocking fee.  We will give you the return address with the authorization. Contact us for a return. 

3)  Refund is on product only; shipping is not refundable.

4)  Returns should be carefully packed, as they were when originally shipped.

5)  As soon as we receive the return we will issue the product refund (less shipping).

Errors With an Order

We work hard to get your orders to you quickly and accurately.  However, a mistake could still happen.  Please check orders immediately and report any errors within two business working days. If you receive a package with damaged items, please keep the original packaging as well as the box.

Damaged Items

Contact us as soon as possible if you detect a damaged or missing item. This will help us take the correct steps to resolve the issue quickly. All original shipping materials and boxes must be kept, with shipping labels intact, in order to process a potential claim.

Out of Stock Items

Our listed inventory SHOULD ideally be 100% correct.  However it can occasionally be off because of a number of factors.  If the item ordered is out of stock and we will not be able to receive it within a couple days, we will contact the purchaser for a replacement item or cancel the current order.
