Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We ship quick! If order is needed by a specific date, add the date to the " field in the checkout cart and we will do our best to get it to you by the date requested.

- Already made and personalized products (such as tumblers) will usually ship in 1-2 business days. Larger orders may require up to 7 days.
- Custom made products (such as most jewelry) will usually ship within 7 business days.
- We will let you know if anything is expected to take longer than 7 days to ship.
- Transit times vary between 1-5 days, depending on location. We offer express shipping when needed.
- After placing an order, be sure to check you email for proofs or so that if we have any questions, your order isn't delayed.
Q: Do you offer rush delivery?
A: We already ship ASAP but if we can rush any faster for you, we will! Just let us know how quickly you must have your package.
Q: How do you ship and what is the cost?
A: We select the shipper: USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We look at the cost, the transit time, and the shipper's current circumstance (strikes, major delays, etc.). The shipping costs are calculated through our site to give you the best price. We currently offer free shipping on orders totaling $60 or more.
Q: Do you offer product pick up?
A: We do! If you're in the Fort Wayne, IN area you can save yourself some shipping expense and delivery time by picking up the order. During the checkout sequence, you can select "Pick Up" under the "Information" tab and we will contact you and coordinate a time for pick up.
Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: We do not have a stand alone shop, but we do have a booth at Painted Tree, Jefferson Pointe-Fort Wayne, IN. We will do our best to explain and picture products so there are no questions about the item. However if you have a question about anything, just contact us!

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently we ship only in the United States.
Q: Do you send proofs?
A: If we are engraving a simple name or predesigned item and there’s no question about what we need to engrave, we will proceed without sending a proof so that we can quickly ship your order. But a proof can always be requested! We will send proofs if it’s a custom design or if we just want to confirm that you’re happy with everything before engraving.
Q: Can you create a completely custom design?
A. Yes! Whether there is a charge or not will depend on the request and the time it takes for the design. Just message us with your idea and we can discuss it with you.
