FAQ's

QWhen will I receive my order?

A:   If order is needed by a specific date, please let us know in the "special instruction" section during the order process and we will do our best to get it to you by the date requested.  

    • Already made and personalized products (such as tumblers) will usually ship in 1-2 business days.  
    • Custom made products (such as most jewelry) will usually ship within 7 business days. 
    • Transit times will of course vary, depending on location.  
    • At this time because of staff shortages and/or other possible reasons, shipping service transit times are not guaranteed, though we has still found the primary services we use, USPS and FedEx to be reliable within a day or two.  

Q:  Do you offer rush delivery?

A:   If we can rush any faster for you, we will!  Just let us know how quickly you must have your package.  

Q:  Do you have a storefront?

A:  Unfortunately we do not at this time.  We will do our best to explain and picture products so there are no questions about the item.  However if you have a question about anything, just contact us!

    • We do participate in a few markets/art fairs throughout the year.  Check out the upcoming events link to see where we will be.

Q:  Do you offer international shipping? 

A:  Currently we ship only in the United States and Canada.

Q:  Do you offer product pick up? 

A: We do!  If you're in the Fort Wayne, IN area you can save yourself some shipping expense and delivery time by picking up the order.  During the checkout sequence, you can select "Pick Up" under the "Information" tab and we will contact you and coordinate a time for pick up.

Q:  Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: We sure do!  There is a gift wrap option when checking out as well as other gifting options on the main menu. 

    • If ordering multiple items, just help us out by specifying exactly what you'd like each gift tag to say.  
    • If ordering multiple items, when adding the gift wrapping option on the final page, the site will add one gift wrapped item, per item on order.  If, you don't want all items on order to be wrapped, (for example, you've ordered 3 products but only want 1 of them to be gift wrapped) just order the gift wrapping item from the main menu and you can select the quantity of items to be wrapped.  Be sure to indicate which item you'd like wrapped and what you want the gift tag to say.  
    • If you just want a gift tag, no wrapping, check out the available tag options and you can order that from the main menu.
