Q: Can I cancel an order?
A: We are usually pretty quick to process orders. If you need to cancel, let us know ASAP and if we haven't started the order, we will be able to cancel.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Sometimes. We accept returns on most products that are not personalized. Personalized products are not returnable. Custom items, such as special ring sizes, stones, or special requested pieces are possibly returnable. All returns must be pre-approved. Contact us if you'd like to return something.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please keep all the original packaging including the label, and let us know of the problem ASAP-within 48 hours.
